Website & service terms

Clear boundaries for the public website, inquiries, and separately agreed services.

Updated October 3, 2026

About these terms

These terms describe use of the WardenIT public website. They do not, by themselves, create a managed service agreement, support commitment, VPN subscription, purchase, or payment obligation. Contact us at services@wardenit.com with questions.

Business information and inquiries

Website descriptions help you understand available capabilities. Submitting or preparing an inquiry is a request to discuss work. Availability, pricing, scope, deliverables, timing, and any taxes must be confirmed separately before work begins.

Service agreements take priority

A written quote, statement of work, subscription terms, or other accepted service agreement governs the specific service. It should address responsibilities, authorized access, fees, billing, renewals or cancellation, support arrangements, data handling, and any service levels. Do not assume a response time or round-the-clock coverage unless your agreement includes it.

Authorized access and customer responsibilities

You must have authority to request work on the relevant systems and provide accurate scope and contact details. Permissions for testing, changes, account access, or data processing must be established before the work. Backup, maintenance, and escalation responsibilities belong in the service agreement.

Network information

Location and server listings are informational and may change. Inventory flags and cached status information are not independent end-to-end VPN tests, uptime guarantees, or promises that a specific route or endpoint is available to your account. Use the applicable service terms for access, permitted use, and support.

Website content and intellectual property

WardenIT branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view the site and share links for normal informational use. Do not impersonate WardenIT, misrepresent an affiliation, or reuse branding in a way that creates confusion. Third-party content remains subject to its own rights.

Responsible use and external links

Use the website lawfully and follow the acceptable-use and conduct policy. External websites are controlled by their operators and have their own terms and privacy notices. Report suspected website security issues through the security reporting page.

Accuracy, availability, and applicable rights

We aim to keep information useful and current, but the website can contain errors or be unavailable. Material decisions should be confirmed directly. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Service-specific warranties, risk allocation, and dispute procedures must be set out in the relevant service agreement.

Changes

The date on this page identifies the current website terms. Changes to an existing service engagement are governed by its agreement rather than automatically by a website update.
