Purpose and scope
This policy describes expected conduct when contacting WardenIT, using the website, or accessing a service under an agreement that incorporates this policy. Contract-specific permissions and restrictions still apply.
Use systems lawfully
Do not use the website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, distribution of unlawful material, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not access accounts, systems, networks, or data without authorization.
Protect availability and security
Do not deploy malware, send spam or phishing messages, carry out denial-of-service attacks, harvest credentials, or deliberately disrupt other users or systems. Do not bypass access controls or conceal abusive activity. Security testing requires clear written authorization that identifies its scope and limits.
Respect people and information
Communicate professionally. Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, and disclosure of another person’s confidential information are not acceptable. Share the minimum technical context needed and use agreed secure channels for sensitive material.
VPN and network services
Using a VPN does not grant permission to attack systems, violate others’ rights, or avoid applicable laws. Use only credentials and endpoints assigned or authorized for you, and follow the restrictions and capacity limits in the applicable service agreement.
Report issues responsibly
Report suspected misuse to support@wardenit.com. For vulnerabilities, follow the security reporting guidance. Include enough detail to investigate without sending passwords or unnecessary personal data.
Handling misuse
WardenIT may investigate credible reports and take reasonable protective action within its authority. Restrictions or suspension of a contracted service, notice, and restoration are subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law. Immediate protective action may be necessary to address an active security threat.
